In late 2008, I was at a crossroads in my life, not sure what to do next, when I found Doug, and arranged to have a few sessions with him.  With his guidance, I was able to clarify my values, identify what I really wanted out of a job/career and take action towards my desired end.  I was considering going into a field that I now know would not have been a good fit and am very glad I did some self-examination with Doug first.  I spent a lot of time on the exercises he gave me, and did additional research as well, all of which continues to pay off to this day.  Today I am living my values, pursuing my interests and enjoying myself in the process. My time with Doug was instrumental in arriving at this point in my life. 

If you are willing to do the work, this is a great way to figure out what you are most interested in, and best-suited for.  You can keep doing what you're doing now and remain stuck in your life doing something that is not fulfilling, challenging or in alignment with your values, or alternatively you can engage with Doug to help you find a career that is right for you.

When I first came to see you for help, I was in a fog of indecision and deeply frustrated by what appeared at the time to be a career path that was leading someplace I didn't want to go.
